Important: If you do call a tradesperson outside office hours for an urgent repair, please note that you will be required to pay for the service upfront and then seek reimbursement from the Residential Rental Provider, in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act.

At River Edge Real Estate, we take maintenance requests seriously and ask that all non-urgent issues be submitted in writing so we can attend to them promptly and keep accurate records.

During your tenancy, you may come across maintenance problems that require attention from qualified trades. If something needs urgent repair, please call our office during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm) on 03 9488 0588 .
